I always treasured Jo as my neighbor and friend and will miss her so much. She was one of the hardest working people I know. We shared the same values and beliefs so I will really miss our chats. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during these difficult days. Rest in peace, Jo. You are going to be missed by so many of us.
Jo Gobble was loved and appreciated by the members of the Portage County TEA Party. She was one of our most devoted members who never hesitated to do everything in her power to help us advance our conservative cause by electing conservative officials to office. She was a woman of great faith and great patriotism and was always a pleasure to talk with and work with. My wife Nan and I are particularly grateful for Jo's many years of volunteer support in helping to put on every meeting and event our organization ever held. She would take money out of her own pocket to make sure that we had deserts at the hospitality table for PCTEA Members to enjoy! Jo, Nan and Peggy Nagle were just fixtures at the hospitality table greeting every member with a big smile and plenty of encouragement at every meeting! Jo was smart and had a great sense of humor and just loved people and her country. We loved her and will miss her very much.
