Amy
Your mom was a special friend, and I will miss her greatly. Her door and arms were always open. I counted on your mom to keep me informed about the Indians, Cavs, OSU, and the Browns. We enjoyed watching old Lawrence Welk reruns together. And when she was able, she loved going out for a good steak or shrimp. She loved taking photos and showing off photos of her children, grandchildren, and eventually great-grandchildren. She shared with pride every grandchild's game that was won, graduation, job acquisition, and pregnancy. She prayed faithfully for each one. She painstakingly and perfectly cross-stitched three pieces for me and my late husband. They are treasures and hang in my living room. I was there when the rogue squirrel dropped in for a visit. Thankfully he left by the from door. He was the only one who was not welcome at your mom's house. I will miss your mother very much, and I look forward to seeing her in Heaven someday and meeting your father. My deepest sympathy and prayers.
