Monte Stamm's Obituary
Monte Stamm, age 45, went to be with His Lord on May 28, 2026.
He was a beloved son, brother, cousin, nephew, and good friend to many whose kindness and caring spirit touched the lives of all who knew him. He served in the Army since 2008 and was currently a Staff Sergeant with Reserve Unit 319 Quartermaster Battalion. His dedication to serving his country reflected the strength of his character and his commitment to others.
He was known to be sweet, tenderhearted, pragmatic, loyal, considerate, generous, and funny, with a unique Monte sense of humor that could bring a smile to those around him. He had a gentle heart, a helping hand for anyone in need, and a quiet way of making people feel valued and appreciated. He graduated from Crestwood High School and attended CC College and Akron University. He was employed by Viking Forge in Streetsboro, where he was respected by coworkers and friends alike.
He is survived by his loving parents, Ron and Tracy; brothers, George and Jesse; grandmother, Evelyn Park; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends who will cherish his memory forever. Though his time here was far too short, the love he shared and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A memorial celebration will be held July 11th at 11:00 AM at Christ Lutheran Church, 10827 Main Street, Mantua, OH 44255. A lunch and fellowship will follow.
