Robert Moeller's Obituary
HIRAM
Robert Moeller has been a long time resident in Hiram. He was a Professor of Theater Arts at Hiram College for over 25 years. He created many wonderful productions and continually strived to bring in new and creative productions.
During his time as a professor he inspired students and staff. He acted as a strong advocate for the educational and personal lives of students as he guided them into becoming adults.
Many of his students have stayed in contact with him after graduating, with some continuing on in the arts following in his footsteps. . After retiring from Hiram he was an active participant in many clubs where he continued to take on leadership positions.
He is survived by his sons, Rob and Chris Moeller. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at Green Funeral Care, 4668 Pioneer Trail, at the corner of State Rt. 44, Mantua, from 4-7 pm. He will be buried at Fairview Cemetery, Hiram, next to his late wife Nancy on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. (PLEASE MEET AT THE CEMETERY).
